Martiros Adalian was born in 1972 in Yerevan Armenia. He started painting when he was three years old as a result of growing up amongst a dynasty of artists - his father, uncle, cousins are all artists. Martiros is proud to admit the strong influences from his father, Raffi Adalian's, and his uncle, Ruben Adalian's art. Those influences have managed to make Martiros into a strong individual and a very unique modern artist.
Adalian graduated the famed Terlemezian Art College of Yerevan after which he moved to the United States in 1990. Martiros has undertaken many odd jobs, has gone thru many hardships, has lived a peculiarly full and interesting years here in the States, and never for one day has he stopped painting or creating. He has exhibited in numerous solo and group exhibitions throughout the United States, Europe, and Russia
